How do Red Bay Coffee subscriptions work?

1) The Order Flow

After you place your order, our roasters will roast your coffee according to your individual delivery schedule. We'll send an email with a tracking link as soon as our roasters begin working on your order. Once roasted, your coffee will be shipped out within 48 hours via USPS Priority and spend around 2-5 business days in transit to your chosen destination.

2) Coffee Order

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll be prompted to select a delivery frequency. Subscription frequency can be set to place an order at 7, 14 or 30 day intervals. If you'd like to make any changes to your order, you can do so one full day before your order is placed.

4) Subscription Management

All Red Bay Coffee Subscribers have the ability to make adjustments to their order in our Self Management Portal. The best was to enter the portal is directly from the Red Bay Coffee website when you sign in to your account. Through the portal you will be able to make the following adjustments to your subscription settings:

  • Adjust Order Date
  • Adjust Order Frequency
  • Adjust Order Quantity
  • Swap Roasts
  • Adjust Shipping Address
  • Adjust Billing Address
  • Cancel
