1) The Order Flow
After you place your order, our roasters will roast your coffee according to your individual delivery schedule. We'll send an email with a tracking link as soon as our roasters begin working on your order. Once roasted, your coffee will be shipped out within 48 hours via USPS Priority and spend around 2-5 business days in transit to your chosen destination.
2) Coffee Order
When you sign up for a subscription, you'll be prompted to select a delivery frequency. Subscription frequency can be set to place an order at 7, 14 or 30 day intervals. You'll receive an email 3 or 4 days prior to your next order being placed to confirm the order. If you'd like to make any changes to your order, you can do so one full day before your order is set to be placed. If you need any assistance, let our Customer Success team know and they can set that up for you!
4) Subscription Management
The frequency can be adjusted anytime through the self management portal, available when you sign into the Red Bay Coffee account on the website. Follow the links for step by step instructions on creating an account or to reset the password, follow the links for step by step instructions.
