1) The Order Flow
When you sign up for a subscription, you'll be prompted to set an order frequency, we offer 7, 14 or 30 day intervals.
All subscribers receive 10% off each bag and free shipping!
2) Coffee Order
Once an order has been placed the order will be added to our roasting schedule. An order confirmation email will be sent as a receipt. Tracking information will be sent when the order is preparing to ship. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to roast, package, and deliver.
4) Subscription Management
As a Red Bay Coffee Subscriber, you'll have the ability to self-manage orders through your customer account. The best way to access your account is directly from the Red Bay Coffee website when you log in. Through the portal you will be able to make the following adjustments to your subscription settings:
- Adjust Order Date
- Adjust Order Frequency
- Adjust Order Quantity
- Swap Roasts
- Adjust Shipping Address
- Adjust Billing Address
If you'd like to make any changes to your order, you may do so one full day before your order is placed.
