To keep your beans fresh for as long as possible, store them in a dark, cool, and moisture-free location. A cabinet near the oven will be too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun. Try a container with an airtight seal - tupperware, mason jar, etc, or invest in coffee storage canisters. We offer Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canisters in sizes 0.7L (Medium) and 1.2L (Large) in-store (HQ Cafe, Ferry Building, Public Roastery) and on redbaycoffee.com.
