Whats's the best way to keep Red Bay Coffee fresh?

To keep your beans fresh for as long as possible, store them in a dark, cool, and moisture-free location. A cabinet near the oven will be too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun. Try a container with an airtight seal - tupperware, mason jar, etc, or invest in coffee storage canisters.
