How long will it take to receive my replacement product?

  • If you have arranged a replacement order with Red Bay via care@redbaycoffee.com you should have received either - an email confirmation or in-store pick-up instructions. 
  • If you have not yet arranged a replacement with Red Bay - please submit a form on our website or, respond to any email from care@redbaycoffee.com providing details on your order and replacement request.
