How do I use a promo code?

To apply a promo code to your order please follow the steps below, be sure to read the offer details fully to ensure that the items you are ordering are valid with the offer.

1. Click the bag icon in the upper right corner and click 'Checkout'.

2. Enter promo code in the 'Discount code' field and hit apply.

3. If the code was successful you will see the discount applied.

Promo code not working? Getting an error message? Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot.

  • Check that your order and/or items in your cart are eligible. See a list of current offers here and click 'See Details' beside the offer to view its full terms and exclusions.
  • Ensure that the code is typed incorrectly. Codes are NOT case sensitive, but O's and 0's (and 5's and S's) often look the same, and spaces may get in the way of a code applying properly. We recommend copying and pasting the code directly from the site or email to ensure accuracy.
  • Double-check that offers are still valid within the promotional period. Most of our offers are valid for a limited time only, so look to the offer terms to ensure it is not already expired.
  • Look out for hyphens. Is there a hyphen or other special character in your code? Be sure to include it when you enter the code at checkout.
